Congratulations Z! Will the arrival of this wee one be your first?

Hey PS,
On Wednesday my wife and I are heading over to your side of the mountains. We should be rolling through Twisp at around 5 PM. Any chance we can stop by for a few minutes to meet you and discuss fishing possibilities for Friday or Saturday? I'll send you my cell # in a PM.
Did you get out on Chelan yesterday? Is that fishery a mostly deep water trolling situation?

Noggin- Sure, you can stop by the "mad house" then. Hmmm, I guess this means I better start working on my WAF for this weekend! ::) I'll PM my cell and address.

Janni and I got out on Chelan for a few hours on Sunday afternoon. It was gorgeous, and relatively warm (until the sun went behind the ridge), but got no love. I need Santa to bring me a new FF. My old Fishin Buddy gave up the ghost, so we were blind. Trolling on Chelan takes a sophisticated DR outfit, so we were jigging with 2oz leadheads in 150-250'. There was no breeze to speak of, till the sun went down.

Thanks KT, NY. We're narrowing the names down but not quite there yet. And yep, this will be the first. Good times!

My friends Cathy & Jim, a former commercial fisher, named their daughter (born Nov 2, 2007) Calliope!!  the Greek muse of poetry...they call her Callie for short.
