Lakes and rivers

Hey all...

On Thursday I left Canby and traveled to Barstow, CA to pick up my new to me PA14.  Im off to Pine Hollow next week for annual family vacation, and of course am taking the yak. 

Once I return, id like to hook up with some of you who would be willing to show me some of the ropes in the local rivers.  I began my yak fishing out in the ocean in Depoe Bay, and now reside in Canby.  Definitely ready for a trip back to DB soon.  Dang...I remember the days of living 2 minutes from the DB ramp!

Chief. Went DB last week. 12 fish 2 days. Fun fun. I’ve been going to Detroit lake and doing really good getting Kokanee just long lining it. I let you know next time I’m heading out. Dale.

Sounds like a great trip to DB.  Last time we talked in person you were telling me about the Kokanee.   Detroit would be great, keep me posted.  Ill be in your neck of the woods tomorrow evening.
