Well, I just came back in the house from finishing up my anchor pulley rigging.  I must thank the site for saving me from donating my anchor line to the river gods.  In looking over the previous info I thought the float was too big so I actually rigged with a ski rope float.  It matched the color of my yak and did not take up as much room.

Ok, I DID NOT go out and toss my rope over and unhook in a current.  I actually thought there must be a reason for the large float.  I will be fine, my anchor line will be there and waiting for me and not undulating under the surface somewhere.         Man THAT was a close one, ha ha ha.

The anchor pulley rig and cord spindle really is a slick outfit.  I'm going to put a hand bilge pump under the deck too.  Good ideas.

Thanks again,
Scott
