I love that your Whiskey is occupying the same area as the freezer and bait fridge.

just one of the 'challenges' of living in a 400sq2 tinyhouse and having a large collection of single malt/cask whisky from several countries.  I just wish I was ready to hit the ocean this weekend, conditions look smoother than a dram of Red Breast 'Lustau' or Penderyn Rich Oak.   ;D

I wish I was in a position to hit the salt this weekend as well, alas I have several projects that have been put on the back burner due to poor air quality, fortunately we're getting some respite with the rain that has come... RB Lustau is a great bottle indeed, I should probably purchase another!!! I recently acquired a few bottles of Weller Barrel Proof, as well as a bottle of Aberlour A'Bunadh which is a delightful Cask strength single malt. I am always on the hunt for good Irish bottlings so if you have any recommendations that are attainable (sad we need to say that now) send me a PM, so as to not derail the discussion here.

the new George Dickel BIB 11yo from Fall2008 season is excellent and there is a good supply of it around Oregon right now.
