Hey PS, wind wasn't a problem the day we fished. Is wind a problem during other times of year?

During the winter we get a lot of inversions that block the wind. Starting in the spring, it can be a different story! Even so, it's still usually possible to find an area that isn't too bad. Since that reservoir is 50 miles long, there can be completely different conditions on different sections.

Edit: I just noticed the Wenatchee paper shows the Columbia is 35F, at Rock Island.

KT, the cans are the barrier preventing floating debris and boats from getting too close to the dam.

I've heard that park is getting popular, in the summer. Weekends might be tough.

Hey Roy, don't forget to stop by on your way to WA to do some fishing here in Portland.
