I know there's some public access at Three Tree Point, but what's the deets? Are there stairs? Ramp? Etc.... I can't figure it out based on google maps, etc...

The parking lot is almost always full; Seahurst park ~a mile north is a better bet. Just be aware of Seahurst gate opening/closing times.

No ramp, no stairs. Getting the boat to the water and back is a hassle if you're lucky enough to find parking.

I haven't been down there since the last Pink season, but no stairs or ramp at TTP...You'll have to carry your kayak over large rocks/wood.  Parking is VERY limited.
