After being edged out by 58 points in 2020, I regain my title for 2021, proving once again that NO ONE catches more small fish than Captain Redbeard!

I also now hold the ALL TIME NWKA TINY FISH RECORD at 1062.875pts - don't act like you're not impressed.

Who will challenge me for the 2022 trophy?

Nice! Challenge accepted! I tried a little bit last year, but I messed up several times and didn't photograph the minnows.

You were nipping at my heals for a long time, to be sure! It really does take a lot of discipline to photo the little guys.

Especially
with an eagle eye like you as judge and jury! HA

Juvenile fish are so similar when it comes to the various trout and salmon species at the fingerling level. Nice to have a friendly biologist in the F&G department to confirm one's entry photos before submission or the angler should know the slight differences and be sure to include them in the snapshots.

HA! Got to keep all you hooligans in line! (just kidding, of course)

Luckily (?) we don't have the problem of identifying fingerlings down here  ;D
