Good job sir!
Depoe? Fogarty?
A day without fishing probably wouldn't kill me,
but why risk it?

Fogarty with some of the normal crew. Some had their coho limit in very short order. Took me a bit longer. Hooked a ton just struggled to get them in the boat.

That was a good bite! The coho were a bit closer to shore this time around. I heard of bites anywhere from 50 FOW out to 170. I had my first takedown around the 120 foot contour, so I made loops in the 120-140 foot area til I limited. Released a couple wilds, several drive-bys. I didn't mark as much bait as on 7/3, but I guess it didn't matter. It was fun hearing all the "Fish on" radio chatter among the several kayaks.

I couldn't get on the dabs this time, and the ling bite sucked. But the sea cucumbers and brittle stars were chewin  ::).

The fish were on the smaller side, 3 to 5 pounds average. But it was a fast and furious bite. Lots of drive bys. Lots of nets flying. A very fun day on the water!!!
