Nope, same unit.  And even though this says sale ends Feb 27th, I've never seen it actually sold at Basegear.com for over $90 in two years.  I think they just restart the sale again.

I highly recommend this unit, as not only is it silly bright, the batteries also last forever.  Even comes with a hip case that holds 4 "C" cell batteries, and a nice mesh bag to store it all in.

After being through a few head lamps I'll tell ya, A nice one is worth it. If you're using it yaking and camping it can be straight gold! Especially if you're in some serious wilderness! ::)

Sometimes I wish I could go through a few headlamps.  Got one almost 20 years old that just won't seem to break and I can't seem to lose it.  Got another (may 2) waterproof ones that are maybe 10 years old now.  Who needs new school LEDs anyways!!!
