Hope Island (Mason) Marine State Park

Anyone have information on where to park and launch from to get out to Hope Island (Mason) Marine State Park? Also, has anyone tried fishing around the Island form a Kayak?

Arcadia Point boat ramp is where I used to launch.  Everything on Steamboat and Carylon is private I believe.  Used to be really good clamming on Hope years ago, but don't know about recently.  Never fished around there.
