Happy Thanksgiving.

Several times each year, Oregon has free fishing weekend.  On those weekends, no license or tags are required. The limits and other regulation remain the same, you just don’t need a fishing license.

The last free fishing weekend this year is tomorrow and Saturday. November 29 and 30.  If you are visiting from out of state or live in a neighboring state, it is a good time to fish some of the areas in Oregon.

The two best times to fish is when it’s raining and when it ain’t. -Patrick McManus

Being retired, they pay me when I go fishing, therefore I am kind of a professional fisherman.
