Neoprene head bands?

Even a warm, 70+F day on the water with a few knots of wind can give me an earache.  I've seen helmet liners and skull caps, but has anyone seen simply a neoprene headband?  Something that just covers the ears and let's one also wear a baseball cap or a brimmed hat.
