8 kayaks in front of Omsi

It's 2.10 PM and there are 8 kayaks visible from SW 1st at Columbia floating in front of the submarine at OMSI. Anyone we know?

Just kayakers or kayak anglers? 

Alder Creek Canoe and Kayak has a store and dock just a few hundred yards down river of OMSI on the east side and they run tours out of there quite often.

and not a pole to be seen. Right?
That's just those people who paddle for no reason at all.
I just don't understand why someone would paddle with no line out?

Couldn't see whether or not lines were in the water, but I'd be willing to bet there were none. Over and out.
