Your exact explaination of wood twist is why I don't build much with wood anymore.  My last major project that was treated lumber was my back deck on the house.  NEVER AGAIN! 

Metal can be "tuned" to twist, bend, or stay put as my heat directs it too.

well your a little closer then i am i guess.. To bad you wernt a little closer we could test the Yaks out together.. I have my yak. .T13, My breakwater PFB, My Voodoo Paddle, and i almost done with the rack on the back of my S-10 Pickup.

u should paint some black stripes on the back end and some eyes or sometihng on the front end...and in teh middle big black letters that say WASP
