Hey. My name is Eric... I am a fishing junky but new the kayak fishing scene. It appeals to me. I am already pretty invested in fishing as I have a drift boat and a power boat as well as a good number of rods. I just bought a sit on top kayak that I keep at the beach in Netarts and was planning to try to get some rock fish and perch in that bay this spring. My real love is winter steelhead fishing on the Sandy river in Oregon. I am pretty involved with Northwest Steelheaders and I love getting out on the water.
Great forum for some dedicated anglers. Thanks for the space!

Welcome aboard Eric!  Hopefully we'll be able to help you put that SOT to good use.

welcome..  Do you have a place at Netarts? I have a beach house there and spend a ton of time there.  There are a lot of great spots both in the bay and out on the big pond to fish and crab on the yak.
