Season Opener

Been doing a lot of snowboarding and it's been on the chilly side so yesterday was the first day of the 2009 fishing season. Beautiful day; went after bass on the Columbia between Hood River and The Dalles.
Next Saturday is the trout opener, the weather may not be as nice as it was the past weekend, but we are planning to hit the local lakes in the valley. The higher lakes are still snowbound.
