Anyone here have any pointers on how to attach lash tabs to a PFd that didn't come with them?  The PFD in question is a MTI Reflex II.  Would any sort of adhesive compound hold the on strong enough for a knife or radio?  I would rather not cut open my pfd to sew it and void the CG certification (hmmm... does adding the tabs void it anyway?).  Either way, I don't want to buy another PFD that already has them.

How about just looping some webbing through both arm holes and connect ends together in front of you, once you snap or zip the PFD on?

If you are in the Portland area and really want those lash tabs, Mountain Soles can do anything.

My knife and radio clip on the chest straps.  Got to remember to stow the vhf before re-entry - yep, don't ask me how I know...
