yes, and sort of. The combo rod holder that works for spinning and casting rods(#280) is sort of small, so it may not accomodate a larger casting rod, but for a smaller, inshore setup it should be fine. They also have a fly rod holder(#262). It is a seperate rod holder, but works great. Might I suggest looking into the triple rod holder setup.

I use the Scotty Powerlock (#230).  I do have a Scotty fly rod holder (secured to my Plano box behind my seat), but often times I just lay my fly rod in the 230 cradle (in front of me) and secure the lock.  It's not perfect, but hold well enough.  Note that I'm talking 8 weights with the mini-butt, not 3 weights buttless.

Thanks guys. Second question: I would think the flush mounts would be nicer than the deck mounts. No? Bought a tube of Marine Goop with a Flambeau marine box at Bi-Mart yesterday, and am eager to drill/cut.

Personal preference and depends on where you are mounting them.

I only use the rod holder while not fishing. I use a piece of PVC in the scupper. Ghetto again
