Crazy,

Let me know when you're coming over next time.  I need excuses to get out more rather than sit in my easy chair and watch the rest of you guys fishing in my backyard!

I will do that sniffer.  I would have last weekend but it was a last minute decision the night berfor.  I'll try to give a better heads up and you can pick the spot.

I ca certainly scope it out before hand.  There are evenings when it looks great and the next morning total crap.

This morning looks good but we have a thick fog bank hugging land about a quarter mile out (just the outside of Otter Rock).  Last night it steam rolled in.  So its anybody guess an always good to get a first hand accounting before traveling when possible.

A good source is a coastal cam.  A bank of them should be listed in the new resources forum (think I heard something about that - or was that gear).  If you looked at this right now you might not make the trip

temp and wind looks allright.  Oh well, I wont be able to make it this weekend anyway, working tomarrow and one of the daughters has friends over for a bonfire.  Wife would skin me if I bailed on her tomarrow.

That's OK.  We're all fogged in again and it's looking like it's been drizzling.

Hopefully it'll clear up by morning.
