This book is written by Philip N. Jones and I recommend it to everybody. It has 74 paddle routes with trips ranging from very easy to advanced. Most trips can be paddled in less than a day, with the option to combine some trips into multi-day excursions. Areas include the Willamette River and its tributaries, the Cascades, the Columbia Gorge, southwest Washington, the Columbia River and the Coast. It has helpful tips on selecting canoes and kayaks, paddling techniques, safety equipment, boat transportation, car shuttles and more.

* I copied most of the above paragraph from the back of the book.  >:D

It's the best $16.95 I ever spent! He has written three editions so make sure you get the third one because it has 8 new routes. ;D
