 Saw you guys to the north, then nobody... patch of blacks on kelp tip at the gulch. Got another 20.75 blackie .. no ling love,, hope you did well..

Didn't do too good, but it was good to back on the water. Released a few small blacks and kept one medium for dinner. No ling love either.

Back at it tomorrow hopefully, thinking about an early evening launch.

     CBY ,,12:30/5:30 tide changes,, seems to be a little more action then.

   Some southerly weather coming,, should push the warm water in. Coho will be on the beach... want to give it a shot ??,

I do,  I was gonna go outside and try it tomorrow but i just found out some friends will be in town so i probably wont be fishibng tomorrow. Tuesday maybe?

CBY  ,, light southerlys starting tues,,, maybe later this week? give it time to warm up.. Also the 5 kt  south wind will counteract the n current.. That way we will not get flushed down the hill...



   Aug 3   checked the bar,, no current up or down, nice

   8/3   Better bite this afternoon, Big swell.. That 2ft and 4 ft are making some interesting rebound in the outer bay, still can't get next to the wall because of the surge.. will get better i hope..

 Not many coho close ,, got 2 with fin.. fun fight. One on a goat pecker  bass plug and one on a 4 in curl tail ,hot pink behind a diver. 
   Some nice rock  fish..
  Fish checker Suszi said no coho checked to day
 by 3 pm
