Can you fish the north jetty with an Oregon license?  I got some intel about some fish being dragged outta there and would love the opportunity to bank fish in WA with my OR fishing license...

Nope.. with only an Oregon license you can fish Washington side of the Columbia River from a boat, but not from the bank.  The converse is true for Washingtonians looking to fish the Oregon side.
