Its a small, but cool shop. the only SOTs they carry are Hobie...

I believe they've been for sale for at least a year, if not longer.

Yeah, they've been trying to unload that place for a while.  Sweet location, but a bit off the main path for the city crowd.  If anyone buys it, drop the 5 dollar launch fee down to something a little more enticing. 

Anyone know what he's asking?
