Finally got one on American Lake.  Trolling the surface down at the south end in about 30 feet of water.  Blue/Silver Vibrax Blue Fox with Flashers.

16.5 inches and she was full of eggs.

Nice chunky 'bow.

Ever tried frog-green flatfish? Change out the treble for a single "J" hook. Drag them slowly, just over the weed beds. Rod tip should just barely be wiggling.

No sure haven't.  I was really tempted to look into fly fishing after seeing what that guy caught earlier in the week with one.
