Anybody else notice that our own Bryce "Zee" Molenkamp gets the last word in the latest edition of Kayak Angler Magazine?  If you get a chance, check it out.  It's a good read and offers some invaluable advice for those who are thinking thru their gear and rigging.

Nice job Zee!

I just read it - it's very well written.  Gear is a constant struggle, I can totally identify with the "running around in the garage the night before" scenario.  It's a tricky balance, bringing enough gear to be safe and having all the necessary tackle, and bringing waaaaaaaaay too much to where it becomes an annoyance to set up and operate the kayak.  Zee's article brings things into perspective nicely!
