Took a buddy and son to fish Lake Evan in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.  I fished from my kayak, my buddy from an inflatable kayak, and my son from a float tube.  Started fishing around 5 p.m.  I quickly caught a cutthroat on a dry fly.  I thought we would start slaying the trout since they were rising all around us.  I think the dries that my buddy and I had were all a little too large.  Looked like they were mostly hitting small mosquitoes.  Ended up with one more on a dry fly and one on a spinner.  Buddy caught one on a dry fly.  Unfortunately, son was skunked.  All fish in the 10-11 inch size.  I hope to add some pics to this post.  I think my friend snapped a few.
