Hi -

I'm moving from Portland, OR to Bozeman, MT next week.  Any fellow kayak fishing people in the area?  Will be looking to learn more about the yak fishing spots when I get there.

Cheers & Fins Up!
Yes, I am a pirate two hundred years too late.
The cannons don't thunder there's nothin' to plunder
I'm an over forty victim of fate
Arriving too late, arriving too late.

Fins Up! and Go Vandals!

Not living there, but work in Bozeman 2-3x a year.  Hyalite Res. is the closest body of water, and despite the suffix in the name, is a gorgeous area.  Alpine vistas, a cool paddling community, and lots of peace and quiet.  Your season is ending soon, though, as winters are a bit colder up there.  There are thousands of lakes and rivers, (Gallatin is NICE), and plenty of down to earth folks to show you the way.
