Goretex with neoprene wrist and neck seals. The neck is adjustable to help vent off extra heat. These suits and bombproof!

I'll give him a buzz and see what I can find for you. I love the suit! Might be a touch warm in the summer though.

A few cups of cold SOund water down the neck will fix that!

In warmer temps a dip in the pool is definitely a must.  Rav and I were out Saturday in the wind and cold, and I was sweating really heavy paddling against that 20-25+ mph wind and waves.

I have never worn more than a thin base layer under the suit or just board shorts and running shirt. I have yet to use the swimming method as a way to cool down ... good call

In summer, when I'm mooching, I always side sideways with my legs  over the gunwale, keeps me cool.
