I do not believe they have a fly.  What I find interesting is that the sale price at Cabela's is the regular price at Andy and Bax in PDX.  At least it was last year when I bought some for work.  Of course the Andy and Bax versions do not have a Cabela's label.

Andy and Bax polartec display on right.

It seems that they routinely do discount stuff.  Or I have just been lucky when I have been there.  They sell OS Systems dry suits that are made in Scappoose, Oregon and the day after I bought my Goretex Kokatat, I saw a  blemished OS Systems Goretex suit (had a glue spot on the front) there for $399.

I don't recall ever seeing archery stuff there.  They sell a lot of military surplus stuff so you may be able to get those cool exploding arrow heads like in Rambo: First Blood Part II ;D

They list the types of stuff they sell here:

Bow fishing is fun. We've gone over to Potholes in the spring several times and arrowed carp as they stage for their spawn.
