New to kayaking/fishing/wa

Hey guys! I just moved up here from San Diego and always wanted to get into kayak fishing but never did. So I went out and finally got this stuff to get me started. Would love to get out there and figure it all out, looking for suggestions/ good starter location.
Also looking to possibly go grabbing while I'm out but don't know where to start.
