Heard about this yesterday (OSP conversing with ODFW checker) at the Oregon Tuna Classic.  Hope everyone has already registered their Oregon AOTY catches.

sport anglers fishing from boats may no longer retain cabezon beginning July 21 because fisheries managers estimate the harvest limit of 15.8 metric tons will have been met.

Sport boat anglers may continue to harvest other legal species such as black rockfish, lingcod and greenling.

Most tuna were 45 - 60 miles out.  Only a few boats didn't make it back under the bridge by 4:PM and I think we turned over 1500 lbs to Food Share.

Team #20 took first place with just under 102 lbs for their five fish.  I think the biggest fish weighed was 27 lbs (don't quote me!)
