Hook 1 has changed

Just got off the phone for the second time with a gal at Hook 1, and still could not place an order.  This was not Karen, whom I've worked with before.  Something has changed at Hook 1, and I was really disappointed.  Placed my order somewhere else.

Hook1 was sold this summer.

I did 2 online orders last month and was fast and smooth, same great service as old owners gave.

I have placed an order with them recently, and had good service. One of the items was incorrect however, but they were good about resolving the issue with me- and then some. Even got some free stuff out of it for the hassle. I didn't even ask! I don't know of many other business that would do that. They are A-okay in my book!

I placed an online order earlier this week, I got an email shortly after saying they were out of an item and offered me substitutes and a free T-Shirt.  Seems reasonable to me.

I know Chad, the new owner, and surprised with the OP. Odd that things didn't get resolved.
