Was planning on going out SOMEWHERE   :-\ .... just not sure where yet. Somewhere in NW Oregon or SW Washington. Preferably salty, but I'm up for anything....
.
Would like to meet a few more folks from this forum, so if anybody's going fishin' & want some company, let me know!

Yo Flyin,

I am hoping to get out.  You mentioned salt - weather looks a bit rough to me but I haven't yaked very much.  What were your thoughts?

Thanks

I'm in Camas and was thinking about fishing Lacamas Lake or the Washougal River. I'm open to other options.

Send me an email if you're interested.

Way to go.  Is this your first yak salmon?

I'm planning to fish Lacamas Sunday since they're going to start dropping the water level after the long weekend.

Going to fish Lake Mayfield, Swofford Pond and/or Riffe Lake on Wednesday through Friday this week. Anyone got any suggestions here?

Way to go.  Is this your first yak salmon?

Thanks guys.  No, this wasn't my first yak salmon, but it was only my second yak 'nook though.  My first yak 'nook was the one in my profile pic, which I got a couple weeks ago down by Hammond. It went 20 lbs on the dot, this one went 18.  I got this one a little ways above Tongue Pt. trolling a plug cut green.  Silver fishing has been good to great down below too.
