I removed the stupid email that was passed on here.  If someone wants to come here and call people rednecks, they should come here and do it themselves, not pass notes like we're in grade school.

Wow, someone called us rednecks?  I have to say that I don't mind being a redneck.  It means the sun is hitting my neck which is sticking through my immersion gear. Oh, and also, the sun is hitting my neck because I am not out of my yak under water and tumbling through the surf zone.    

I've aspired to be a redneck my whole life! Rednecks like to drink beer, fish, drive trucks, and have awesome facial hair. These are all things i like. So i take it as a compliment.

Redneck huh, well I've certainly been referred to in more derogatory terms.  When I had a major surgery 2 years ago some local Rednecks filled my freezer with beef and venison and put some extra cash in my pocket and remained on call for whatever we needed for my 4-6 month recovery.   And when broken down on the roadside who would you rather see pull up, the guy in the VW bus or the guy in the 4 X 4?

I think you did really well.  I was waiting for it, and it never came.  Actually I was kinda looking forward to it this time.
