Good effort! Is that the one by Lakeside?

I'm trying to figure out how and where to get one from a kayak. (or even on foot for that matter)

Good job! I have fished Ten Mile Creek and lake for Steelies and Silvers in years past. The hatchery Steelhead run is beginning to wind down but there are some impressive native fish that are very exciting to land too!
It's a good troll or spin casting lake for Coho in Novenber and early December too.
Switch to at least 8 pound leader (10 would be better) and you will land the next one...
