On my own for dinner tonight.  Normally this means a trip to the butcher for a Ribeye ;D But since I've got a bunch of fresh Lingcod in the fridge it seamed criminal not to use it.  Cornmeal & Korean chile powder crusted lingcod, homemade coleslaw, pickles, tomatoes and BACON with a dash or two of  Franks hot sauce.  I can tell you it was F'n tasty!  Lingcod Rules!

I am always checking his Groundswell site for new recipes.  I haven't been disappointed yet.

Craig.. When we fished you mentioned you wanted a new lingcod recipe.  I'm putting the finishing touches on a broiled ling dinner (think not fried and heathy ;D) that I think you'll like.. It should be up soon.

Cool.  You had told me about the simple dark beer-battered fish, but I can't remember the ingredients. That sounded good, too.  But, I think my wife will prefer the healthier broiled ling dinner. Thanks.

Wow, that's a tasty looking sandwich! Do you come up with all your own recipes?

Yeah man, I'm salivatin', and you don't even have to cheat with the bacon for that to be such an unspeakably delectable looking work of art.
