Rooster tails have been working well for me.  The rainbow trout pattern and the orange/chartreuse w/ gold spinner have been my go to.

I slay them on a wedding ring with a half a nightcrawler.  Green and orange have been my go-to colors.

For me the last time I went out I killed them on gold with red tip Super Dupers.

1/8-1/4 oz chrome Kastmaster also works well, but I have the most luck with Dick Nite spoons...size 0 (wee) in any metallic combinations (50/50, red head, chartreuse, brass, chrome, etc...). I use a 1/4 oz sliding egg sinker and about 2' leader length. I troll very slow to find where they hang out. Once I get a bite, I would drop anchor then cast, retrieve, catch, release, and repeat.
