So after going back and forth threw the Oregon regulation book I'm still not sure I'm getting this right. This will be my first year fishing these waters so I don't want to screw this up and get myself in trouble.  My questions are in regard to fishing for spring salmon.

1. After April 22 salmon fishing will close on the lower Columbia from the mouth all the way to Bonneville dam?

2. The Willamette including Multnomah channel will stay open all year with a limit of 2 adult salmon or steelhead per day?

That's correct.
