Went out yesterday and the swell was pretty small. 

What VHF channel do folks use while fishing off cape kiwanda?

Sure did!
Got one of these and the rest of the limit. No Hali though. Yet.

Conditions good till about 10:30. Wind picked up and made more work than fishing by 11:30.
