I see from railblaza's website that their series 2 railmounts will be coming out soon. These are supposed to fit hobie akas. Does anyone know if these are available stateside yet?  I'm looking forward to outfitting my AI with them.

You might want to check out the YakAttack GearTrac rails.  They are scheduled to release a narrower version (GT90) in mid-June that will fit the Hobie Revo gunwales.

Demonick--yes I'm waiting for them too. I hope to put a couple of railblaza mounts on my akas for fish finder/plottter as well as a some gear trac strips on the gunnel for other stuff.

I sent an email yesterday to Ross Pratt, president of Railblaza with the above question and got a personal answer within 24 hours--impressive service. For those looking in Canada--checkout the Western Marine wholesaler website for a dealer near you--which in Victoria is Trotac.
