So, due to the felt ban in Alaska (and other locations) I am in the market for some new boots.
I am headed up there in June and need to replace my felt soled cheap boots

what boots do you use?
I have been looking at the korker KGB, but its hard to find any reviews on this product.

has anyone purchased any boots recently, and do you like them?

I have a pair of the KGBs, Chrome's and Metal heads and love them. The Chrome and Metal are my favorite two though. KGBs are bullet proof though if your bush whacking in Alaska. What's your foot size?

12.5, but as no one makes a 12.5 I generally fall between a 12 and 13.

my last boots were 13s and I didn't have an issue

I have Korker Redsides, and they are Great!!  Pretty sure Ravdakot and JPcrowley also have the same ones..  No complaints from me.. Cheapest I found around the area was Sportco, I think mine were like $95 or so.. They also have the chromes and a couple other models..
