I got a Nice size fish today about 22 inch today at Woahink, Bright Gold in color, Way to big for a pearch   and I think it was a Walleye, Seeing how I've never Caught a Walleye before and Not having my Camera with me, I didn't want to kill such a nice size fish so I release it, It looked just like the Other Walleyes on the Aoty Pics but I've not heard of them in that lake,But then I haven't been in this area more then 4 years..kinda kicking myself now for not having my camera today and sure I lost some good aoty points..

Sounds to me like you let dinner go.  Did it have large teeth?  Walleye sorta look like a big perch with teeth.  did it look anything like these fish in this picture?

when you first catch them, their stripes are much more pronounced, and they look a lot more like a perch. sounds like it was a walleye if there were teeth. they have a couple fangs up front, and also note, they have a little bit of white on their tail.  What did you catch it on?

I have caught very large pikeminnows in Woahink before. All the local lakes have them. In fact, they are one of the few fish that are acutally natives! They also put up a pretty good fight!
