Has anyone fished the mouth of the Eagle Creek just above the Bonneville
Dam? I usually fish it from the bank with bobber and egg but every year I see the power boaters slaying them just outside the mouth but they are always too far away to see what they're using. Since its just above the dam that water is often just like glass so I bet it would make a good platform for kayak fishing. There's a sweet little launch just under the railroad bridge that would be great to launch a kayak.
If anyone is interested in trying let me know. Right now it's a bit early but in the next couple weeks that fishery will be boiling with kings and silvers.

That is a great area to fish for coho!  I used to work at that fish hatchery.  Unfortunately I don't have information on what the PBs are using.  Let us know how you do.
