I'm a sucker for noodle bowls, been working on getting my game dialed in and each attempt is one tasty step closer to noodle nirvana.

Noodles in bacon dashi topped with crispy lardons, two poached eggs, kimchi (thanks Bsteves its awesome), ginger scallion sauce, with hosin and sriracha..

Damn that looks good. Looks like great fuel after a long day or fishing/diving.

So... This is the first time I have heard kimchi referred to in a positive manner. What's it like?

Ron, that looks great.  I'm glad you liked the kimchi.  Next batch I make I'll do a tutorial on how I make it.

That would be awesome.

I love noodles, but mine never turn out the way I want.

Ron are you accepting apprentices?  I will swab the decks, clean the fish and do the dishes.
