Hey guys I have probably met a few of you over at Alpine Experience in Olympia where I work. I wanted to let everyone know that we have just 1 of these available for $699.00 it's brand new. Thought about selling my Tarpon for it!  ;D http://www.oceankayak.com/kayaks/angler_kayaks/Trident_Ultra_4.7/ We are making room on the floor so we just need to get rid of it unfortunately.

Since I live in Oly, if anybody wants me to to check this thing personally before tripping up, let me know.  I would be happy to meet up with GAngler and take some pics or whatever.

Just makin' the offer.

Not to steal Olyspec thunder from a generous offer.  I was in the store today... I was in town and wanted to see how the seasonal change was looking.  I drooled over such a great yak at such and amazing price.  Fact is, if I had the $ and a good way to move it... I would have taken Audrey home to meet the Colonel... but, alas, it is not to be.  That being said... the boat is in immaculate shape.  It is not a beat to crap demo but a yak that needs a good home.  It doesn't have the clickable front hatch, but the kind that is secured with web straps and buckle (Im sure there is a proper name).  The guys at Alpine Experience are very knowledgeable kayakers, as in bonafide experts, and have always been very helpful answering questions.  Anyway - somebody is gonna have a great boat.

How else does THIS particular T4.7 differ from the one described at:

The Ultras moved to the click and seal bow hatch with this year's models.  So this kayak must be a previous year's model.

If elk season wasn't approaching I'd probably sell the Prowler and snag it.  But all my spare cash is going to equipment that needs replacing for hunting.

If I lived closer, I'd buy it and store it until I could sell it for a decent profit.  It might take awhile in the fall and winter to sell it, but come spring when demand for kayaks is up that kayak will sell for a couple hundred dollars more with out much effort.
