This is my girlfriend's favorite fish recipe.  One of my faves too.  Don't prepare this if you're lookin' for a healthy meal! :) :)

Now I'll need a shop-vac to suck all the drool out of my keyboard. As much as I love lightly seasoned fish, bacon trumps all. Now, if only I had some halibut to try this on....

The beans in the background look good too.

haha! Lingcod works well with this too.  The flavor of those two fish just goes so well with bacon.  Can't really ever go wrong with bacon, but I've tried it with other fish and it's not quite as matched.
