I contacted Kokatat and told them about the minor amount of water coming into my suit and the guy said that should not be happening and I should send it in to them.  Do any of you have experience with sending your stuff in to kokatat?  Is it usually the full two weeks?

Yup.  Do it.  It is worth the time.  They do a full water pressure test of the suit and seal any and all suspected leaks.  You'll be surprised by how many they find.

I need to do the same. I just need to get the fishy smell out of it first.

No you don't.  I forgot to mention that they'll wash it too.  Mine always come back smelling fresher than they ever have.

Cool.  I thought I read that it had to be clean prior to sending it in.  Does the neck gasket need to be intact? It is currently a semi-dry top.

If the neck gasket is broken, they might charge you to fix it.

Yup, but it is a reasonable charge.  Just ask.

Looks like they will be sending me a new one.  I guess the interior water proof lining had failed in some places.  I am looking forward to getting it back so I can get back to some fishing.
