We did that on the first one. The way that the sidewalls were on this trailer, it made sense to go to the inside. The one thing that I forgot to mention was my goal for it to be lite enough to be hauled by a car. It is fun to create this stuff.

Nice looking setup Wobbler!

Justin, I like the simplicity of yours too. Do you have any lockable storage on the other side?

I like the HF route due to cost and.weight, but need some storage too. I've been looking at HF builds and adding an old toolbox to put my Mirage drive in to lock up.

Thanks for the pics guys!

I currently do not have any storage on the trailer.  I do however have a canopy on my truck that I lock all of my gear in.

Here's my other option.  I just take the rails off the trailer and put them on top.

This is my new trailer, my son-in-law did the fabricating on an old trailer of my Sons. Holds both outbacks and two tarpons. The tool box I found at a yard sale for $20. The pillars are removeable. And if I load the yaks on the top poles I could get my quad in the middle.

Nice! I like the toolbox idea. You can add more as needed.

Ahh, a green Outback--- I'm jealous.
