Season kickoff ???

Last year was my first with a kayak but I didn't start until around mid June .....naturally I'm addicted to the sport and am chomping at the bit to get out there!!...I was just wondering when about do most of you start getting out there again?

If you watch the forecast closely you can sometimes find a window or two per month. Usually out of Depoe.

If weather cooperated is say to the coast. Buy realistically probably somewhere local. Either looking for steelhead or searching for jumbo rainbows.

Thanks Noah I'll start keeping an eye out...Romanian redneck I'll be most likely duck hunting the mornings but wouldn't mind trying to hook a steelhead  in the afternoon, pm me if you go out I'll try to join if the hunting isn't producing
