Nobody got hurt, but it's a cool video, and not to far away from one of our more prized destinations.

We don't really look like sealions, but I bet we don't look too unlike a juvenile gray whale, and Orcas do like to eat them. (actually I think they just kill them for sport)

Reminds me a super crowded summer day at a popular surfspot on the North Coast.  A pod of Killer Whales came in to investigate and caused a mass exodus from the line-up.  The 3 of us who didn't run had it all to ourselves for over an hour before the crowd started trickling back in.  Good Times!  good times....

worst quote from the video "No surfers were harmed in the making of this video". Darn, I do remember a time in Alderbay, BC. while I was free diving for crabs I kept on hearing some clicking noices. Just thought it was my ears. When I climb back in the boat with my crab I looked out across the water and all I could see was a super pod of Orcas. Not scared of the big guys in black and white it was just plain cool to be so close to so many killer whales.
